Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - TA for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

Post Grad in HR with at least 8-10 years of handling TA (employee life cycle) managing the Talent Acquisition in a Consumer Organization in a large scale including managing a moderate team of Talent Acquisition officers, handling Multiple Stakeholders across functions and businesses are mandatory.

The Role -

- Responsible for the Talent Acquisition Strategy Including defining, standardizing and streamlining the process.

- Driving next generation hiring tools across the Regions and establish a model to identify, select & onboard talent.

- Responsible to execute the entire recruitment strategy for lateral hires: including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

- Work in synergy with various talent management teams to create strategic and commercial talent plans for the organization.

- Partner with the hiring managers and recruiting managers to develop and drive world class hiring strategy.

- Proactively manage and build candidate relationships

- Delivering superior candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.

- Provide and analyse data on key metrics for recruitment, application flow, sources and quality of talent as required
