Job Description:
Dominic Lewis Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Talent Acquisition for our Mumbai location. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to fulfill the company's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs, including driving initiatives in campus hiring, diversity hiring, and bulk hiring.
Recruitment Initiatives: Lead various recruitment initiatives, including recruitment drives, campus hiring programs, and diversity hiring efforts.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent trends, perform competitor analysis, and apply recruitment best practices.
Hiring Metrics Analysis: Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience.
Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast future talent needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
Talent Sourcing: Identify new talent sources and establish relationships with external partners to diversify the talent pool.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting a high-performance culture.
Compliance and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and employment regulations to ensure compliance and adopt best practices.
Qualifications:
Full time MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning and market research.
- Proven success in driving diversity hiring, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or similar industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
