Talent Acquisition Head for the leading FMCG Company.

Responsibilities:

8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

9. Implement and manage recruitment technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

10. Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role within the FMCG industry.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent pipelines, and emerging trends in the FMCG sector.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

5. Strategic mindset and the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with broader business goals.

6. Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

7. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize recruitment outcomes.

8. Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and tools.

9. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred with 12 - 18years of experience

10. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) would be advantageous.
