Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG

About our client:

Our client is one of the largest players in the FMCG Space in India. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition (CoE) Head based in Mumbai.

Job Description : 

Reporting to the CHRO your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely and analyzing the talent needs across various Business Units

- Accomplishing the hiring of quality talent in time with extensive focus on leadership hiring

- Managing the overall recruitment process in a fast paced scenario

- Establishing campus relations across all premier institutes

- Creating and implementing the talent acquisition strategies

The Successful Applicant : 

- You come with 12 - 15 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional with 3 - 4 years in leading the talent acquisition CoE. You have managed teams and worked in the FMCG/Pharma sector. 

- You have a full time MBA in HR from a top tier business school. We are looking for a candidate with good stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills
