Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to design, develop, communicate, and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Lead, manage, and develop Talent Acquisition team to successfully achieve company's hiring goals.
- Lead talent acquisition/management and branding strategy around employee referrals, professional networking,social media channels, event strategies, and diversity & inclusion initiative.
- Drive monthly, quarterly talent acquisition performance and KPI reviews with global HR Operations or TA team.
- Integrate recruiting systems, tools, and technologies across Talent Acquisition process and refine recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent for hiring company organisation.
- Manage Talent Acquisition budget, maintaining staffing agency use budget, cost per hire, vendor relationships and operational effectivenes.
- Develop strong working relationships and partnerships with internal / external clients and stakeholders around the globe.
- Implement and lead innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Develop and analyze the company's talent acquisition process to identify trends and variances to inform processes and strategy.
- Coaches and mentor the hiring managers and TA team in hiring procedures and interview techniques.
- Act as the primary point of contact or SPOC for all recruiting and talent software and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree in HR a plus) from tier 1 university or B-school.
- Minimum 15 years HR/TA experience that includes at least 8 years leading a global talent acquisition function and team as well as partnering with regional HRBPs with Global Technology Company,preferably FinTech.
- Excellent communication,planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of talent needs.
- Strong collaboration and relationship skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the company organization.
- Ability to work with senior management and influence decision making and to attract, develop and retain a competent and committed team.
- Sound knowledge of current hiring trends and technology tools(Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, ATS, Glassdoor,LinkedIn and others)
- Analytical thinker with experience building relationships across teams and business units.
- Prior experience working in a global financial technology or FinTech companies preferred
- Proficient in staffing tools and systems.
- Proven experience leading and building highly engaged HR-TA teams.
