Head - Talent Acquisition


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies:


- You will work closely with the senior leadership team to understand the company's staffing needs and develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.


- This includes identifying recruitment channels, developing job descriptions and job postings, and creating sourcing plans to attract top talent in the market.

Manage the recruitment process:


- You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.


- This includes reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer and onboarding process.


- You will also be responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of the company.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners:


- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and social media platforms.


- This includes negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring that external recruitment partners are delivering quality candidates.

Build and manage a strong team:


- You will be responsible for building and managing a strong talent acquisition team.


- This includes hiring and training new team members, setting team goals and objectives, and providing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure that they are achieving their goals.

Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices:


- You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.

- This includes attending industry events, networking with other recruitment professionals, and staying informed about new recruitment technologies and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Demonstrated experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to build and manage a strong team.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.
