We are hiring for a leading MNC into Consumer facing business based Mumbai.

Client is a tier 1 & one of the leading player's in the consumer market.

Position - Head of TA

Reporting - HR Head

Team Handling - Yes

Education - MBA from tier1 / tier 2 B School

Exposure - Must have leadership hiring experience and managing VP, Director and CXO Level stakeholders.

Leadership hiring experience is mandatory,

Job Profile Brief:

- He / She is responsible for design, development and delivery of talent acquisition across the businesses, providing leadership, multi-channel sourcing and hiring strategy development and execution, vendor negotiation and management, internal fulfillment (IJP / Referrals etc), build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders. Success Metrics and core deliverables will be included.

- Maintain knowledge of recruitment best practices as well as technologies that enable continued process optimization and efficiency. Build/present business cases to executive leadership to acquire and integrate these solutions as appropriate.

- Oversees the development of TA marketing plans and sources of hire including employee referral, job boards, diversity outreach, schools and professional groups. Performs required analytics to continually determine successful sourcing vehicles.

TA Governance - Process, SOP & Continuous Improvement:

- Framing of various talent acquisition related policies and syndication of the same with senior leadership for implementation across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Implement and maintain a robust applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and generate reports for analysis.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance at all times.

- Single point of contact for MD, CEO, COO, CFO and other Dept Head's, you will build and maintain relationships with key leaders, across functions & businesses to create a basis for effective partnership and collaboration.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

- Strong HR leader working in Talent Acquisition in highly dynamic and fast-paced environments overseeing high volume recruitment efforts for Group level (lateral & leadership).

- Demonstrated success in managing people and projects to deliver results under tight deadlines.

- Experience with vendor management and cost saving initiatives Knowledge of employment branding strategies and campaigns.

- Knowledge of relocation programs and policies.
