Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing the end-to-end function of talent acquisition
- Own and drive the strategy and planning for talent needs of the company
- The role will fully own all aspects of talent acquisition, including participation in business planning, head count planning, campus & market recruitment, offer release, on-boarding, branding, vendor
management, MIS reporting and compliances
- Working with the business units and catering to the talent needs of the organization
Education & Experience :
- Should have Bachelor's degree. B.Tech. / B.E. / MBA highly preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in recruitment function in Engineering Services industry
- Hands on experience in hiring candidates for automotive industry in the areas of CAD, CAE, Electronics, IT/Digital.
- Should have vast talent network in the automotive industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment management systems & tools and social media
- Proven experience in a similar capacity or relevant role
- Demonstrable competency in negotiations, strategic planning & management
Base Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune.
