Our client is a large Engineering MNC having multiple offices and plants in India.
The Recruitment Head will be responsible for managing the entire Talent Acquisition process for the organization. The ideal candidate will have:
- Good education background
- Have 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Have at least 3+ years of experience in managing the TA process independently
- Have experience in domains like Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals, Oil&Gas, etc
(Preference will be given to candidates with multi-domain experience)
- Have the ability to bring in world-class hiring processes in the organization
- Looking for dedicated TA experience and not for HRBP or Generalists
- Have great communication and presentation skills
- Have the ability to engage with senior management/stakeholders and manage expectations and closures
- Can relocate to Pune easily
