Head Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Lead TA - Centre Of Excellence (COE) globally by co-creating talent acquisition strategies, processes and policies in-line with specific business needs.
- Manage end-to-end Leadership hiring process in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
- Drive the EVP through internal communication strategies to attract and engage the right talent.
Partner in manpower planning and budgeting processes to ensure the availability of the right talent.
- Develop proactive market mapping of potential hires in partnership with the Talent Management COE to meet future requirements.
- Develop and execute TA capability building initiatives for all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to hiring managers and business TA leads.
Graduation in any Stream + Full-time MBA in HR
