We are recruiting Head - Talent Acquisition, based at New Delhi for a renowned Educational Institution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Head - Talent Acquisition.

Location: Mumbai.

Company: A renowned Educational Institution (6 days work week).

Education: Masters Degree.

Package: 20 Lac.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Play a crucial role as Talent Acquisition Head PAN India.

- Major focus in to Academic (Bulk Faculty Hiring) and Non-Academic (Admin &Sales) hiring across South India.

- Lead a team of Recruitment Managers.

- Responsible for end to end hiring process including manpower budget, creating job descriptions, Sourcing profiles through multiple channels, CTC negotiations, job offers, pre, and post joining formalities, new employee orientation, and induction. Ensuring recruitment costs are within prescribed limits.

- Leverage talent expertise, understand and analyze future attrition, operations, competitive position and business products & services to identify the top business priorities.

- Builds pipelines of candidates for the key business units

- Will seek out and recommend sources of candidates including the Internet, colleges, job fairs, colleges etc.
