Position : Head - Talent Acquisition.

Company : A renowned educational institution. 6 days work week.

Location : Delhi.

Experience : 10 to 12 years.

Package : Upto INR 15 Lacs.

Education : Masters degree.

Candidate should have the ability to formulate and implement recruitment strategy.

- Develop an excellent & well-qualified talent pool.

- Source the candidates, evaluate and interview them for core staffing requirements.

- Review and understand technical job requirements.

- Assist in employee retention and development.

- Create detailed job descriptions and modes of advertisement.

- Lead employment branding initiatives.

- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

- Access skill set, work history and salary requirements.
