Head Talent Acquisition - Education Industry (Delhi/NCR) - Immediate Joiner

The client is a Global Organization into Education Industry. With rapid expansion in India, we are sourcing a suitable TA person for their India office in Delhi/NCR.

Position Title : Head Talent Acquisition

Location : Delhi/NCR

Preferred Industry : Education/Service Industry

Job description :

- Build a strong partnership with business and create talent acquisition strategies across all levels for the Education Industry;

- Maintain a healthy Talent funnel, evaluating existing / future talent requirements, identify critical roles, and plan sourcing strategies to attract talent from diverse talent pool;

- Build/Manage pool of Vendor's/Business Partner's for Niche/Critical requirements;

- Ensure a smooth and seamless candidate experience from candidate selection offer onboarding for new hire;

- Promote branch advocacy, by using social media to attract the best talent;

- Continuously review and monitor talent acquisition processes and suggest/recommend improvement areas;

- Team Management, Talent Management skills;

- Publish TA dashboard to all stakeholders that measures the Quality, Efficient and Cost effective - Source Mix, TAT, Talent Pipeline, Offers, Yet to Join, Recruitment Cost, etc;

- Ensure during the hiring process the all the TA touch points are compiled at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager with at least 10+ years of experience with a management degree

- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding in banking industry.

- Excellent communicator

Location : Delhi/NCR

Budget : Negotiable based on qualification and relevant experience, approx. range of 18-20 lac
