Job Highlights :
- You will manage end to end recruitment starting from self sourcing, engaging with recruitment vendors, screening, doing a first level interview with candidates to scheduling interviews with our panelists, checking feedback, rolling out offers, and pre engagement activities for leadership roles
- Have 6- 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Have solid experience in Volume Hiring
- We are looking for Non-IT recruitment specialist who is ready to take up ownership on Volume Hiring, lateral hiring for all levels of hiring.
What will you DO ?
- You will be working on building talent acquisition capability for non tech side of the business
- You will work closely with managers and leaders to forecast numbers, get feedback on overall TA performance
- You will manage end to end recruitment starting from self sourcing, engaging with recruitment vendors, screening, doing a first level interview with candidates to scheduling interviews with our panelists, checking feedback, rolling out offers, and pre engagement activities for leadership roles
- You will manage a team of 10-20 recruiters/leads and your team will be responsible for driving recruitment for the entire org (non-tech), introducing and driving great candidate experience, and TA reporting.
- You will be a key strategic leader in the Peoples Office.
