For businesses, we help them save a huge effort in managing and training these agents and help them increase their reach to every nook and corner of the country.

Overview :

- We are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices

Required Candidate Profile :

- Should be a team player.

- Fair communication skills in English.

- Should be able to understand project requirements & work accordingly.

Responsibilities :

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring.

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

- Partnering with Founders to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles and contributing individually in scouting for top quality & relevant talent.

- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager, and candidate satisfaction.

- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

- Managing all of One Code's Vendors and ensuring we strive to be a company that vendors prioritize and love to work with
