An ideal profile should be a management graduate from tier 1 B school.
Should have an experience of 12 - 15 years in recruitment, preferably in ecommerce startups.
Candidate should be currently drawing a minimum CTC of 45 - 50 LPA
Job Description :
- De-risk the organization for critical talent roles by filling the most critical roles within record TAT.
- Recommended positions closures for all vertical with focus on high visibility.
- Exceptional timeline closures for key open positions.
- Mentor and supervise talent acquisition staff, provide thought leadership on industry leading recruiting activities.
- Partner with senior leaders to help improve recruitment efficacy, working on multiple projects within the talent function & hiring processes.
- Talent Acquisition P& L management
- Have handled leadership hiring.
