About our Client - Our client is one of the fastest growing players in the E-commerce industry. They have grown extra ordinarily in the last 3 years and have an online and offline presence as well. They are looking for a Head- Talent Acquisition to manage the entire function and also help establish their campus presence in India. The role is based out of Delhi.

Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head you will have an experienced team with your main responsibilities including:

- Setting up & Streamlining recruitment processes in a fast growing setup

- Managing a large team effectively

- Driving the Talent Branding & Campus Hiring strategy

- Creating and driving recruitment analytics to make the recruitment function more effective

- Partnering with the business to define the workforce planning strategies & manpower requirements for the organization

- Leading searches across levels - mass, niche & leadership hiring

The Successful Candidate - An ideal candidate holds at least 8 years of experience overseeing the talent acquisition process with exposure of hiring cross functionally and working in a dynamic working environment. Experience of working in ITES is an added advantage. You need to be able to partner with business stakeholders effectively and should be an active participant by nature. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
