Head - Talent acquisition - eCommerce

- Hiring for the bangalore based Retail Internet startup company. Which is planning to expand its presence across south India.

- Location of Posting will be Bangalore, But he/she should be open to travel travel to other locations occasionally (At least one week in a month in other location).

What we expect to must have on Functional skills:

- Good amount of experience in Non-Tech hiring.

- Having 3 to 6 member team management exp [at least for 6 months minimum]

- Very Strong experience on sourcing and process

- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management..

- On Behavioral aspect we are looking for someone coming from mid-sized or startup background company preferred, anyone who is Smart, Entrepreneurial mindset, Exposure to build the team from the scratch. Very aggressive on work and anticipating highly amount of challenging responsibility work.

Education: Mainly preferred from premier institute
