Job Responsibilities :
- Strategic Contribution
- Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including an emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help to evaluate candidates and ensuring the highest bar.
- Mentor and supervise talent acquisition staff, provide thought leadership on industry-leading recruiting activities.
- Managing the entire Talent Acquisition Process across levels and functions, Career Management and Talent Development
- Working on Compensation and Benefit Plans
- Building and implementing a robust talent review and process, including succession planning, leadership development and organization capability
- Constantly reviewing the current HR practices reduce lead time/increase efficiency
- Analyzing and estimating short-term and long-term capacity (Manpower planning)
- Working on business HR policies and strategies
- Enhancing Employee Engagement & Communication
- Designing training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs
- Conducting a post-training analysis to measure training effectiveness.
- Identifying training needs and addressing the same Leadership
