1. Reporting into Director HR, you will work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda across the organisation and responsible to drive initiatives for talent management across levels.
2. You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
3. You will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function with the support of a team.
4. You will be responsible for setting up processes and help scale up the organisation.
5. You will be managing a team and be responsible for technology as well as non technology hiring.
6. A Pan India role to drive talent acquisition processes including diversity hiring, people with disability hiring and also employer branding.
