Job profile:
- Partner with the business to understand hiring requirements
- Drive organization agenda from a people perspective
- Develop & implement TA strategies which are in line with business.
- Lead and take care of all sorts of lateral and campus hiring, sales hiring (65- 70%)
- Develop and improve TA processes and policies.
- Instrumental in building strong employer branding initiatives, assessment methodologies.
- Overseeing and managing TA from a governance and tech standpoint.
Candidate Profile: - 8-15 years of experience
- Conceptually strong & practical orientation
- Exposure to a manufacturing setup hiring.
- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with stakeholders.
