Job Responsibilities:
- The head of talent acquisition will work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance.
- Recruiting at all levels like leadership, lateral, as well as mass recruitment actions in terms of efficiency, quality and speed.
- Designing, communicating, and executing the recruiting strategy for the company in alignment with business partners
- Assessing, establishing and monitoring systems and processes to drive execution of full cycle recruiting for the company
- Facilitating organizational strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while meeting business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes or programs
- Managing and developing a team, setting direction and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects as well as providing guidance as and when required
- Administering staffing objectives while increasing quality of hire, reducing time to fill, cost per hire and employee relocation metrics
