- We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in diversified business.
Position : Head Talent Acquisition
Location of the position : Powai Mumbai
Experience : 12+ Years
Education & Experience :
- Full Time MBA HR with at least 12 years of experience and has worked on multiple IT as well as Non IT assignments.
- Candidate from manufacturing sector especially from Oil and Gas and process industry will be preferred.
Purpose of the Job : The TA leader will be responsible for leading the centralized TA team across India for Company.
Job Responsibility :
- Establish short and long-term recruiting strategies to deliver on key organizational metrics.
- Execute and manage recruitment strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning best practices, systems, and methodologies.
- Business and HR Stakeholder management through meetings, reports, and market intelligence.
- Processing candidates through the company ATS and maintaining MIS.
- Leverage and develop vendor partners, social media platforms and job boards channels.
- Manage and Promote internal mobility within the organization by leveraging Internal Job Postings.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process, including interview and offer process, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing positions in a timely manner.
- Run successful hiring campaigns on Naukri, LinkedIn, and Social Media with the help of TA team members.
- Ensure background verification and pre employment medical checkup of new joined employees data to be maintained on timely basis.
- Ensure that all the recruitments are done within the prescribed budgets by controlling the cost of recruitment.
- Prepare and report weekly and Monthly dashboards to BU leaders across the organization for their respective businesses.
- Ensure prospective candidates data bank is maintained across various BUs and utilize the same for quick turnaround.
- Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.
- Ensure overall candidate experience about the Recruitment process is monitored and improved basis all stakeholders feedback.
- Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
- Provide direction and consultation on strategic and emerging staffing trends.
- Monitor external sources/competition for trends to stay ahead.
- Improve recruitment processes and measurement metrics to meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Continuously improve People, Processes, and Technology for TA Team.
Job Requirements :
- Expert in handling Talent Acquisition Processes from end to end.
- Should have good knowledge of various technical and behavioral competencies assessments.
- Should be expert in team handling.
- Should have hands on experience in using ATS systems
