A prominent Clinical Research and Healthcare organization is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of the CHRO function within the Clinical Research and Healthcare sectors and possess the expertise needed to drive the talent acquisition strategy forward.
Qualifications:
- MBA with at least 10 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven leadership in talent strategy development for the Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function to attract, recruit, and retain high- caliber talent, building a skilled team to drive the organization's growth within the dynamic Healthcare and Health- Tech domains.
- Design and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the unique demands of the Health- Tech and Healthcare industries.
- Monitor industry trends, assess competitor hiring strategies, and anticipate talent challenges to make data- informed hiring decisions.
- Guide and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results- driven Talent Acquisition team.
- Achieve key metrics, including timely delivery of hires, cost per hire, and minimizing replacement costs.
- Audit the hiring process for policy adherence and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and maintain adherence to established processes for effective talent management.
