About Client :
- Company Is a International BPO/KPO & Our client is one of the major player in Insurance domain in the EU. They have multiple captive setups PAN India. These centers handle captive as well as very selected third party processes in India.
Major Responsibilities comprising of but not limited to :
- Current experience in an International ITeS setup is mandatory (More focus on Bulk and Lateral Hiring)
- Managing entire recruitment life cycle from projections till on-boarding at all levels and ensure process adherence
- Vendor Management, rate negotiation and finalization and monitor vendor performance.
- Consistently delivering as per defined SLAs
- Strategic planning, budgeting, & delivery of required manpower for PAN India
- Optimize processes to increase the recruitment & on boarding efficiency
- Cost management, Stakeholder management & Vendor management
- Lateral & Leadership hiring
- Leading weekly updates with Sr. Operation managers and Vertical Heads to keep them updated on various recruitment initiatives
- Involved in other HR areas with the respective HR manger for Salary bench-marking, talent engagement, communication forums, designing & liaising with IT team for conceptualizing & enhancement of the internal software, designing media plans for recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Monitor the recruitment dashboard and provide MBR & QBR data to the Analytics team.
- Primary contact for attending Client audits.
- Individually worked on projects like early attrition, quality of hire, staffing manual, incentive model Driving employee reference program.
