Looking to Hire Head Talent Acquisition for Delhi/NCR. Must have experience in Bulk hiring for Non Technical positions, Stakeholder Management & Team handling role.
Experience - 9 Yrs - 15 Yrs
- Sourcing and processing candidates against vacancies within stipulated time. Translating the headcount plan into clear job requirements and definition of recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery. Reporting & Risk Management, Managing escalations as required with key stakeholders.
- Recruitment life cycle management - sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
- Determine current staffing needs and forecasting
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Ensure optimum usage of manpower resources to control recruitment costs
- Implementation of HR systems and policies
- Stakeholder Management
- Managing & Leading PAN India Recruitment Life-Cycle.
- Managing activities like Fulfillment, Source Mix, Cycle Time, Conversion Ratios, etc.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals. Create job descriptions
- Vendor Management, empanelment of new vendors and tracking Vendor performance.
