Role Overview: As a General Manager of Recruitment specializing in BPO mass hiring, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary focus will be on high-volume hiring, requiring excellent contact and vendor management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for mass hiring in the BPO sector.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors. Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient hiring processes.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
