- Establish and lead the standard recruitment and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce
- Execute the sourcing plan by interacting with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve recruitment target of the organization.
- Understand business projections and urgency of talent requirements across different skill and locations.
- Drive execution of Recruitment operations to meet set milestones
- Allocate and monitor recruitment targets to the recruiters
- Guide the recruiters on functional understanding of defined recruitment processes and tools to ensure 100% compliance and end-to-end online recruitment activities
- Research, benchmark, and develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract high quality active and passive candidates
- Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract competitive candidates.
- Forecast talent requirements as per the current and future business needs
- Hire adequate and right resources for the team
- Domain/Industry Knowledge - Awareness and knowledge of broad economic, demographic, technological and global trends in the IT industry
