Talent Acquisition Head - BPO

- Ensure our recruiting process, status, and priorities are well communicated and understood by the leadership, and our goals are tracked and achieved in terms of quality, time, budget.

- Identify the organization needs to implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.

- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.

- Communicate with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business

- Stay abreast of the latest talent acquisition trends, technologies, and methodologies and proactively introduce those to the team and organization.

- Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.

- Build, lead, and coach a growing yet lean team of exceptional talent acquisition professionals by establishing performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and coaching, as well as lead by personal examples and accountability.

- Apply strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business.

- Manage and deliver reports and data when required.

- Partner with our Communications team to promote our brand, mission, and values online and offline employer branding activities.

- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (from pre-boarding to Onboarding)

Qualification And Experience:

i. 12+ years of experience in Frontline Hiring and managing BPO/RPO as well as TA functional leadership experience

ii. The candidate must have experience of managing teams at multiple locations for bulk hiring. Exposure to alternate sources of hiring like: Neems, Naps etc.

iii. Should have strong communication and leadership skills to foster long-term relationships.

iv. You must be strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

v. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members.

vi. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

vii. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

viii. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

ix. Demonstrated success in managing and recruiting for both high volume seasonal hiring and niche roles in a fast-growth company.

x. An obsession for providing an unparalleled candidate and hiring manager experience that reinforces the organizations culture.

xi. Able and willing to roll up ones sleeves and do what it takes to deliver results; willing to handle both routine tasks, able to adapt well to new situations, and be an agile learner taking on new responsibilities that challenge and exceed what you have done before.

xii. Learns the core elements of the business, how the organization works, functional and position specifics to ensure effectiveness across the enterprise, and applies that to the Talent Acquisition team.

xiii. Social media savvy and experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources including advanced use of social networking sites, for passive and active candidate recruitment.
