Head - Talent Acquisition with 12-15 yrs exp MBA - HR Full time 2002 - 2005 batches
Role :
Recruitment, Resourcing & Development :
- Managing manpower requirements across all functions for Pan India.
- Talent Acquisition through job portals, web channels, social media
- Recruitment drives, campus hiring, branch visits
- Performance Management System
- Employee Engagement activities at Pan India level
- Ensuring the closure of position within agreed TAT.
- Should be able to do predictive hiring
- Policy Formulation and Branch Statutory Compliance.
- Managing 4-6 executive team members.
- Smooth completion of exit process
- Handling employee grievances.
- HR Operations + Employer branding activities
- Managing HR Recruitment Budget
- Extensive travelling will be required.
Candidate Required :
MBA HR ( 2002 to 2005 ) batches with sound experience in Talent Acquisition functions in BFSI / FMCG / Telecom / Retail or any other sectors
Candidate must be able to :
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent
