This Opportunity is with one of the fastest growing firm in Banking Industry.He will be involved in :
1. Managing end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines and building the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets for the LOB within the standard timelines at optimal price points
2. Participate in the channel strategy for hiring talent thereby optimizing on low cost hiring channels and driving down the average cost/hire.
3. Participate in the Campus hiring as well as Lateral hiring across all level.
4. Managing almost an employee base of 8000+ odd people for their Consumer Banking BU.
5. Should have a very good exposure in managing attrition rate and volume hiring.
6. He will be handling almost a team size of 4-5 Regional HR head's & will closely work with Head HR
Male candidates from BFSI/Insurance/NBFC's will be preferred.
