JOB PURPOSE :
The incumbent will take care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line: Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, streamlining recruitment process, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, Stakeholder Management.
DESCRIPTION (KRA) :
- Responsible for creating a standardised recruitment process for better efficiency & faster decision making
- Driving the implementation of SAP Module & monitoring the performance of system applications designed for the functioning of recruitment process
- Responsible for designing Employer Branding strategies for the organization focusing on both online & offline channels
- Functional in HR Budgeting & Forecasting processes & ensuring appropriate fund allocation to company's HR activities
- Responsible for PAN India recruitment across departments for all levels
- Leading Campus Recruitment drive & branding of the organization to attract the best talent
- Efficient in Stakeholder Management & defining the End to End process
JOB CONTEXT :
The incumbent will be in a critical position to coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and sourcing potential candidates from online as well as offline channels.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :
Ideal Candidate :
1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role
2. Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
3. Proactive in understanding the duties & competencies of different business roles
4. BFSI experience is an advantage
Qualification & Experience :
1. 8-12 years of work experience
2. MBA/PGDBM degree is a must
