- Manage and lead RPO partners for Hotel staff hiring, Develope CTQ criterion and reduce TAT by 21 days across 20 + cities.
- Established campus relations with more than 50 Hospitality institutes for building the future pipeline of resources and employer branding
- Establish Center of Excellence for senior leadership roles, improving upon the retention span across roles.
- Closely work with Operations team in improving processes such as compliance, background check- s, Code of conduct, incentives roll-out basis OKR's.
