- The incumbent should have rich experience in Recruiting Leadership Hiring in Banking and Financial Domain with over 15 years of core HR experience with combined expertise in a multi-cultural environment across Financial Services, I, Manufacturing, Investment Banking industries, Infrastructure Domains.
- He should have proven track record in providing subject matter expertise to senior management throughout the talent acquisition requirement
- He should have also good track record in recruiting CXOS/Prsedints /VPS in both domestic market and globally .
- He should be well versed in Psychometric tools .
- He should be excellent and successful in managing end-to-end HR recruitment processesfor different levels in a matrix structure.
