About our Client - Our client is one of the largest names globally in the Asset Management space. With a global footprint and a strong presence in India, they are looking for a head of Talent Acquisition for their business in India.

Job Description - Reporting into the APAC head of Talent Acquisition and Leading recruitment across the organizations businesses in India your responsibilities will include:

- Spearheading the recruitment strategy for the AMC

- Partner with business leaders to drive and optimize talent acquisition activities including manpower forecasting

- Manage performance and relationship with multiple Global stakeholders

- Lead Campus Hiring across premier business schools in India

- Our client is looking for a leader who can work on various talent acquisition strategies while partnering closely with their global stakeholders and manage these relationships for India

The Successful Candidate - You will have 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years in a pure Talent Acquisition role in a highly matrixed organization. the ability to display the experience of having worked on various talent strategies and managing regional / global stake holders is essential for this role.
