Job Responsibilities :
- Handling the entire gamut of Non Tech & Technology Hiring
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities, role will involve massive recruiting through Drive and campus hiring
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
- Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles - Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
- Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
- Establish and help to create a brand value to attract a Talent pool from the market
- Ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
