About our Client: Our client is a leading Multinational Banking Captive with over 40,00 employees in the APAC Region. With strong growth plans, they are looking to hire their VP Talent Acquisition to Manage India and Regional recruitment out of their office in India while managing a large team.

Job Description : Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Designing hiring strategies - short term/long term Lead Talent Acquisition India, hiring at all levels and business/subsidiaries

- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership team of Business and align recruitment practices with business needs

- Lead technology deployment to enhance various stakeholder experience and productivity and efficiencies (Globally)

- Oversee the utilization of talent acquisition processes and systems (APAC)

- Lead Recruitment marketing and other initiatives to strengthen Employer Brand (APAC)

- Device and implement Sourcing strategy globally

- Team management and motivation

- MIS and Analytics (APAC) Recruiters' Training / Incentive programs / Rewards & Recognition

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in Talent Acquisition. Exposure to managing Talent Acquisition processes at an APAC level is required for this role.

- Experience in employer branding and innovation in social media for recruitment is a must-have for this role. Exposure to managing global stakeholders is a must.

- Excellent communication skills and track record of success is essential for this role.
