Head - Talent Acquisition with Small Finance Bank
Key Result Areas:
- Leading a workforce of for administering end-to-end employee lifecycle across India
- Partnering with the Business Unit employees across India locations, managers and the leadership team to proactively address
- business issues related to workforce development, employee engagement and productivity
- Coordinating with multiple Stakeholders, Business Heads based across multiple geographies.
- Defining roles & responsibilities and job descriptions; implementing the functional reviews for various positions & departments as a part of Talent Management Process
- Acting as a Process Lead for on-boarding and induction for all the employees
- Planning & conducting employee engagements & development programs; ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintained cordial employee relations
- Sharing reports on attrition, recruitment metrics, and employee surveys (Settling in Survey) & Managers surveys (Quality of Hire) with the leadership team and ascertaining weekly, monthly and yearly dashboard and reports are updated
- Developing effective, trustworthy and dynamic relationships with the Leadership Team whilst building morale and increasing employee engagement within the company
- Integrating resource plans with business plans and implementing effective recruitments by workforce planning, talent acquisition / recruitment, on-boarding, skill management including up-skill & cross skill, learning and so on
- Piloting HR process automation; driving HR analytics and data to engage in high-impact decision making
- Spearheading Talent Management & Acquisition, based on business plan basis the defined talent acquisition strategy
