Head of Talent Acquisition with a renowned B2B SAAS company


Looking to hire a renowned B2B SAAS based company's Talent Acquisition head reporting into directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition and leading a team of 6-7 High potential recruiters to be based in Gurgaon and leading global recruitments:

- Lead Lateral and Campus Hiring globally with closing 25-30 hires on a monthly basis for product and technology hirnig, B2B SAAS sales, SDR roles based in Europe, US and India Influence the CXO layer through mappingsand industry driven data to hire effectively

- Drive scalable Processes and KPIs (Lateral Hiring - SLAs (Time to Offer; Time to Join from formal position approval)

- Independently handle senior and critical hiring (Critical Roles/ Top Talent/Leadership Roles) and guide the team to ensure timely role closures

- Develop an Employee Value proposition to attarct the best of talent throigh top Tier campuses globally

- Guide a team of direct recruitment & partner staff as needed from time to time. Manage Performance based on their position SLA, Offers and Joining Per Month, Hiring Channel Mix

- Candidate and Hiring Manager Perception Scores

- Support Employer Branding to the external market

- Head Campus rangesand Campus Hiring from time to time.

- Manage Hiring Cost Per Lateral Hire

- Own Diversity Hiring Agenda

An ideal candidate:

- Must have at least 14-18 years of experience in hiring for a B2B SAAS set up and lead teams

- Should have independently done significant Tech & leadership hiring. Should have handled senior level and critical hiring directly for such positions

- Exposure to TA Automation. Process Oriented approach and experience. Should have contributed to process definition within TA. Should have helped establish process oriented approach, with focus on regular recruitment reports and analytics

- At least 3 years in a mid to large scale organization in a process oriented automated environment. Also, at least 3 years in a start-up environment.

- Exposure to International hiring in US or Europe

- Should have managed a team of recruiters. (Tech and Sales Focussed)
