3. Lead the campus hiring & handling leadership positions.

4. Manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously to meet business demands and deadlines.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview question

6. Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team.

7. Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency.

8. Strong understanding of the industry's current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

9. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
