Head - Talent Acquisition - Auto/BFSI/FMCG/Media/Telecom

Urgently Required - Head Talent Acquisition to be based at Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities would be:

- Ensure that the right talent at the right time is in place as per the annual manpower plan

- Design the recruitment strategy starting from Manpower Planning to on boarding for the multiple businesses and support groups

- Identify all the critical roles in the organisation and know the competencies required for those roles

- Map the market for all the critical roles in the organisation

- Implementation of the orientation programme for all the new joinees

- Drive the on boarding process which provides a WOW factor to all the new joinees
