Head - Talent Acquisition - APAC Region

We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity for the role of Head Talent acquisition with a Global MNC Company based at Bangalore.

- Experience in a senior leadership role leading technical talent acquisition teams, including remote employees or those in different locations. At least 5 years of experience supporting technical functions with complex and niche hiring needs.

- Strong talent acquisition experience in B2B SAAS Domain.

- Global Stakeholder management skill is required

- Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.

- Use a diverse set of tools and techniques to attract top talent and establish org as an employer of choice with target talent in key areas.

- Excellent communication with all stakeholders to align vision and goals, update on progress, provide data-driven recommendations and manage expectations.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

- Strong experience in Tech hiring with 16 - 20 years experience. At least 5 years experience with leadership TA role.
