Head - Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates

- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions

- Build a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience

- Utilize various channels and platforms for talent sourcing, including social media and professional networks

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications

- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process

- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment processes

- Implement and utilize HRIS and recruitment tools effectively

- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers

- Oversee and guide the onboarding process for new hires

- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

- Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

- Manage the recruitment budget and optimize costs

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar senior recruitment role

- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and recruiting techniques

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional networks for talent sourcing

- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities

- Solid understanding of onboarding processes and best practices

- Proven track record in employer branding and talent attraction

- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes

- Certification in Human Resources (e., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
