- Hiring HR with expertise in Talent Acquisition mainly from companies with MBA HR degree with 8-10 years exp talent acquisition or resourcing having knowledge of Gulf Region

Role is to handle

- Talent Acquisition

- Talent Strategy

- Resourcing on end to end basis

- Recruitment at Leadership levels

- Onboarding, Induction and Orientation

- Employer Branding

- Offer rollout and joining formalities

- Souring through varius mediums -- Social media/Ads/ Job portals /Company webite

- Incumbent should be, process oriented and handling team .knowledge of CRM applications for recruitment will be an added advantage .
