Responsibilities:


- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Collaborate closely with senior management, department heads to understand hiring needs, provide strategic recruitment advice and craft effective recruitment plans.

- Create and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors

- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)

- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)

- Identify opportunities for automating and streamlining procedures to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience while effectively leveraging ATS tools.

- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

- Lead, inspire, train and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Regularly update the leadership team on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
