For the role we required:

- As a collaborative partner, work closely with business leaders and HR leaders to assess talent needs, build talent pipelines, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top level talent.

- Review workforce trends and demographics on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment of organizational strategy with capability requirements of the organization, and make recommendations to fulfill the same.

- Work with business segments to forecast demand for talent; identify bench strength and related gaps; build estimations on attrition; execute final talent acquisition plans.

- Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition process for: Corporate Functions, custodian of Leadership hiring for all our brands and territory locations, and supporting new businesses by filling their initial manpower requirements.

- Ensure all recruitments are in accordance with recruitment policy.

- Working closely with key stakeholders across business and HR to define talent acquisition needs; execute on a hiring/workforce plan; utilizing global resources and tools; analysing trends; managing regional office relationships

- Leading the analysis and diagnosis of the current talent acquisition capabilities, processes, and technology.

- Develop candidate slates to present to Hiring Managers, and work as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR partners. Guide and direct the interview, offer, hiring, and on-boarding process.

- Develop recruitment plans and collaborate with HR Partners and Business Leaders in delivering high quality talent within established benchmarks against time, cost, quality, retention. Apply data towards continuous improvement initiatives.

- Responsible for branding and establishing the organization as a premium employer of choice in the market place

- Ensure effective implementation of on-boarding process and New Employee orientation.

- Partner with all Talent Acquisition leaders / HR to deliver best in class customer and candidate experiences.

Experience:

- 15-17 years of experience in Human Resources.

- A minimum of 10 years full-life cycle recruitment experience in a progressive, fast-paced environment with atleast 6-7 years of managerial experience to include management of staff in multiple locations is preferred.

Must Have:

- Possess a sense of urgency and action orientation.

- Data driven mindset - ability to influence, drive decisions and lead discussions utilizing data.

- Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.

- Flexible, creative and detail-oriented in ambiguous situations.

- Possess a high level of accountability for results.
