Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Head to lead our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting or recruitment firms, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for CXO and C-Suite level positions. This role is critical in shaping our executive team and driving our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier executive talent.
- Align recruitment strategies with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the talent acquisition team.
Executive Search:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for CXO and C-Suite level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Utilize executive search methodologies and best practices to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on talent acquisition matters.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Team Management and Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Set performance metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds recruitment goals.
Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on talent acquisition strategies.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand to attract and retain top executive talent.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an HR consulting or recruitment firm.
- Proven experience in hiring for CXO and C-Suite level positions.
- Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
