Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Head of Talent Acquisition. As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving our talent strategy and leading a team of recruiters. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand our talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that will enable us to hire top talent. You will also continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting process, tools, and systems in alignment with our company values, policies, and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in designing and executing successful recruiting strategies for diverse roles and levels across multiple geographies.
- Experience in leading a high-performing recruiting team, setting clear goals, and providing coaching and feedback to support growth.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand and articulate business goals and objectives and identify talent gaps and opportunities.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to develop insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR technology tools, including ATS, CRM, and HRIS.
- Experience in consulting or coaching for HR, talent acquisition or recruiting is a plus.
