Roles & Responsibilities :
We are looking for a strong talent acquisition professional, who brings strong talent mapping, with a good understanding of candidate experience.
As the Lead- Talent Acquisition, you will :
- Ensure strong pipeline of talent for the org for ensuring a timely ramp of new open roles build a strong ATS flow to manage applicant pool
- Need to execute effectively and efficiently, with natural comfort to roll-up your sleeves and work with the team whenever needed
- Ensure strong candidate sourcing, and closures of candidates in pipeline
- Act with a consultative approach in solving for problems
- Drive results partnerships, special projects that need to be implemented based on needs in the environment.
- Serve as a public champion for our cause and establish our credibility as a platform
Role Requirements :
