Candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience working with different industries

- To work within pre-defined recruitment process , understand the recruitment needs from different business units and work basis that.

- To provide new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads

- To meet weekly/quarterly/yearly recruitment goals

- To create JDs after discussion with requisition creating team and posting them on various sources.

- To ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent pool.

- Experience in leadership hiring.

- Must have done IT and non IT hiring.

- Strong Entrepreneurial / business acumen mindset with a collaborative mindset.

- Hands on approach with independent decision - making.

- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
